Who this policy covers

This policy covers Our Date Kit at ourdatekit.com, including the date-night generator, love-note generator, couples-question generator, guides, and supporting pages.

Tool inputs and generated results

Date preferences, recipient names, note details, appreciated qualities, generated notes, question choices, and generated results are processed in your browser. Our Date Kit does not send those values to a server, analytics service, advertising service, or URL.

Please avoid entering highly sensitive personal information. Even browser-local data can be visible to someone who has access to your unlocked device.

Saved dates and questions

If you use Save, the site stores the selected date or question identifier in your browser's local storage on that device. It does not store love-note text. You can remove individual saved items in the tool, clear site data in your browser settings, or use a private-browsing window if you do not want results to persist.

Cookies and consent

Our Date Kit uses browser local storage for saved dates and questions. A Google Analytics tag is also present. Analytics and advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization are denied by default through Google Consent Mode. With storage denied, Google may still receive limited, cookieless measurement signals.

Our Date Kit disables Google Signals and ad-personalization signals in its Analytics configuration. You can clear local storage and cookies through your browser settings.

Hosting and basic logs

Like most websites, hosting and security providers may receive standard technical request data such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and security signals. This data is used to deliver the site, maintain reliability, and prevent abuse. It is not combined with the text you enter into the tools because those inputs are not submitted.

Email

The site has no contact form. If you email hello@ourdatekit.com, your message, address, and any information you choose to include are handled by your email provider and ours. We use that information to respond and keep correspondence as reasonably needed for support and records. Do not email intimate or sensitive relationship details.

Analytics

Our Date Kit uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page views and general site usage. Depending on consent and Google’s settings, Analytics may process the page URL and referrer, approximate location, browser and device information, timestamps, consent state, and measurement identifiers. We do not send recipient names, note details, generated notes, date preferences, question choices, or generated results to Analytics as event parameters, page titles, or URLs.

Advertising and affiliate links

Our Date Kit publishes an AdSense account meta tag and a root ads.txt record so Google can verify the publisher and review ourdatekit.com. These static ownership records do not load advertising code, serve ads, or mean the site has been approved or is earning advertising revenue. No AdSense script, Auto Ads, or hand-placed ad units are currently active.

If Google approves the site and advertising is later activated, Google and its partners may process device, browser, page, consent, and advertising information and may use cookies where consent and law allow. Advertising preferences can be managed in My Ad Center. Affiliate links are not currently active. Future commercial links will be clearly disclosed, and commissions will not change how date ideas are ranked.

Children

Our Date Kit is a general-audience site for couples and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the tools.

• Do not use Save, or remove saved items inside a tool.
• Clear storage and cookies for ourdatekit.com through your browser settings.
• Do not enter a real name or personal detail in the love-note generator.
• Contact us to ask about an email you sent.

Changes

We will update the date at the top when this policy materially changes. Important changes—especially changes to analytics, consent, or advertising—will be reflected here.
